The Ada Conference UK 2011 is taking place as part of The Ada Connection. This event combines the 16th International Conference on Reliable Software Technologies – Ada-Europe 2011 – with Ada Conference UK 2011.
The Ada Connection will also encompass technical and vendor tracks under the banner of Ada Conference UK, which exists to promote awareness of Ada and to highlight the increased relevance of Ada in safety- and security-critical programming.
Keynote speakers are Peter Bernard Ladkin, (University of Bielefeld CITEC and Causalis Limited), Pippa Moore (UK Civil Aviation Authority) and Jeff O'Leary (US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)).
There will be an exhibition by leading vendors of tools and a comprehensive social programme, including a tasting of carefully selected single malt whiskies and a conference banquet.
