In the IET’s Annual Appleton Lecture, Mike Short, vice-president – R&D of O2 Group – will mark the 20th anniversary of the formation of the GSM Association and look at the phenomenal global growth of mobile services. He will also look at likely developments for mobile communications over the next 10 years.
