It has been 50 years since the foundation of IMAPS-UK’s – the organiser of MicroTech – International Society for Hybrid Microelectronics. As so, the exhibition’s theme is entitled: ‘Moore than packaging: 50 years gone, 50 years on’.
A Gala awards and networking dinner will be hosted on the evening of the 9th and will showcase both company and individuals of the year. The evening will also comprise a keynote on future technologies and trends and a presentation that explores the development of IMAPS-UK and various microelectronics packaging technologies.
The society’s annual conference will be on the 10th and will focus on the latest technologies and developments within the microelectronics sector and offer a platform to highlight current commercial opportunities.
