Much of the Obsolescence Management activity, up to now, has concentrated on analysing and mitigating the risk to electronic parts. Today, however, many organisations are now managing multiple types of parts, electronic and non-electronic. Software, materials, tools, processes and skills amongst others, are all areas where pro-active Obsolescence Management is a key activity.
To recognise this, the theme for the conference will be: Obsolescence – everything's affected; everyone's involved.
The event will consist of a workshop, two day conference and exhibition.
