The RRH62000 is an integrated air sensor module for air purifiers, smoke detectors, HVAC systems, weather stations, smart home systems, and indoor air monitoring applications.
The Renesas RRH62000, available from Mouser, integrates multiple sensor parameters in a compact design to accurately detect different particle sizes within volatile organic compounds or gasses that are harmful to human health. With an onboard Renesas microcontroller (MCU), the RRH62000 module offers an intelligent sensor management solution with robust firmware that enables customer products to comply with various air quality standards around the world.
The RRH62000 features one of the smallest footprints in its class of sensor modules, measuring only 46.6 x 34.8 x 12 mm3, and a Renesas RA Family MCU with seven sensor signals, including the laser-based PM1/2.5/10 particulate matter sensor, the ZMOD4410 metal oxide gas sensor, and the HS4003 relative humidity and temperature sensor. These sensors can detect particulate matter, total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), estimated CO2, temperature, and humidity all in one system. All key components have been pre-integrated and fully calibrated at the factory, allowing developers to start their sensor system designs right out of the box.
Mouser also offers the Renesas RRH62000-EVK integrated sensor module kit, with evaluation software to facilitate sensor data visualization, various operational modes and ultra-low power and AI technology for precise and reliable sensor outputs. The RRH62000-EVK integrated sensor module kit is ideal for prototyping applications requiring detailed environmental monitoring and analysis with robust performance and ease of integration.
