5 to 24V voltage regulator

Meeting the needs of circuits subject to a wide variation in supply voltage, the ZMR330 voltage regulator from Zetex supports an input voltage range from 5 to 24V and produces a high stability 3.3V output with a current up to 50mA.
Housed in an SOT23 package, this miniature three pinned regulator can offer local regulation where board space is a real premium and, with a typical quiescent current rating of 120µA, the part provides useful power economy when idle.
The operating temperature range is –55 to 125°C and its internal current limit and thermal overload functions ensure its protection from extreme operating conditions. The addition of a series input resistor enables the ZMR330 to withstand automotive voltage transients.
