It doesn’t take psychic powers to know that designers must consider thermal solutions and electromechanical requirements at the earliest stage of design. Thermal management software can help identify any problems before investing in detailed routing, making it possible to achieve the desired performance without introducing additional design costs.

Thermal management software is about the prediction of the thermal response of a proposed electronics design using numerical computational techniques. This makes it possible to achieve the desired performance without introducing any additional design or manufacturing costs.
