£25,000 investment in skills centre
TDK-Lambda has opened a £25,000 skills centre dedicated to training and up skilling new recruits and employees.
The new facility will be based at the company’s European headquarters in Ilfracombe and is part of TDK-Lambda’s ongoing investment in skills growth.
Lambda UK’s training officer, Jane Worley, explained: “Our annual investment in skills training has grown to £94,000. The previous skills centre had outgrown itself and needed refurbishment, so we grabbed this opportunity to create a larger, more modern skills centre - a focused learning environment where individuals have access to all the tools and resources they need."
