AC/DC supply delivers 65W of ‘green’ power
XP Power has announced the ECS65 series of single output, open frame ac/dc power supplies. The company claims the convection cooled units are capable of delivering up to 65W and achieving 90% efficiency.
The devices measure 101.6 x 50.8 x 26.7mm and have a no load power consumption of less than 0.5W. The single output devices have an input voltage range of 80 to 275V ac. Operating temperature is rated between -20 to 70°C.
The units meet UL/EN60601-1 medical and UL/EN60950-1 commercial safety standards, as well as the EN55011/EN55022 level B standard for conducted emissions. Overvoltage, overload and short circuit protection features are included as standard.
