Adesto collaborates with Microsoft to accelerate Internet of Things solution

Microsoft Azure Certified for IoT allows businesses to reach customers where they are, working with an ecosystem of devices and platforms, allowing for faster time to production.

Adesto’s SmartServer IoT is a multi-protocol industrial edge server with an open, extensible interface that simplifies connections between new and legacy systems and the cloud. It lets customers seamlessly connect their industrial data to Microsoft Azure IoT to perform analytics on that data. SmartServer IoT is intended to help customers overcome the challenges of integrating existing, functional control and management systems with new sensing, analytics and predictive AI services, despite the multitude of non-interoperable communications protocols that are often involved.

As a result, customers are looking for certified devices and platforms that are tested for readiness, compatibility and usability with the Microsoft Azure IoT Suite. As a result of this move customers will be able to save time and effort on project specs and RFP processes by knowing in advance what devices and offerings will work with the Azure IoT Suite.
