ADI strengthens RF portfolio with Hittite acquisition
Looking to strengthen its RF and signal conversion chip offerings, Analog Devices has agreed to buy Hittite Microwave, the US provider of ICs, modules, subsystems and instrumentation for digital, RF, microwave and millimetre wave applications, for $2billion.
