Littelfuse acquired IXYS in 2018, adding the IXYS portfolio of advanced power semiconductor technologies to its established range of power control technologies.
The IXYS range of power semiconductors includes MOSFETs, IGBTs, high power thyristors, SCRs and rectifiers, it also encompasses integrated circuits – solid state relays, opto isolators, gate drivers, LED drivers and high voltage analog IC’s.
Anglia has invested in inventory of IXYS products to support new design activity and has expanded its engineering resource over the last year with the addition of a dedicated power engineer, who will be working with customers on IXYS designs.
