ARM module offers touch control for HMI applications
element14 has announced an embedded display module that integrates an ARM-based single board computer with a 7in lcd and touchscreen assembly.
The EDM6070AR-01 is based on the ARM9 AT91SAM9X35 industrial processor from Atmel.
It is being offered as an all-in-one solution for embedded control human machine interface (HMI) applications, such as industrial control terminals, intelligent instruments, medical products and network terminals, as well as data acquisition and analysis.
The unit has a plate with display, connectors and place for the Mini6935 module with ARM microcontroller.
Ready now for product integration and software development, element14 says it helps to reduce time to market and development costs.
