Buck optimised to 12V
Intended for high efficiency point of load dc/dc regulation, the P134XX series is the latest addition to Vicor's Picor Cool-Power ZVS buck regulator product line.
The regulators in this series are optimised for 12V operation (8V to 18Vin), delivering over 95% peak efficiency for 12 to 3.3 V regulation and up to 15A. Typical embedded applications for these buck regulators will include telecommunications, industrial and computing.
PI34XX series buck regulators integrate power semiconductors, control circuitry and support components within the System-in-package (SiP) and require only an external inductor with minimal capacitors to form a complete dc/dc switching mode buck regulator
The product line was introduced at Embedded World 2013 in Nuremberg.
