Embedded World 2013: IQD unveils 14pin DIL ocxo
IQD's has introduced the IQOV-160 series of ocxos at Embedded World 2013.
The devices are available in an ultra small 14pin DIL package and offer a wide frequency range from 5 to 100MHz.
The modules are optimised to deliver a frequency stability of ±5ppb over the operating temperature range of –40 to 85°C and with first year ageing limited to 0.1ppm. Storage temperature range is –55 to 105°C.
Output options include Sine Wave or HCMOS with a supply voltage of 3.3V. Warm up power consumption is 2W with a warm up time of one minute. Stable power consumption is 0.6W.
Target applications include instrumentation, microwave radios, cellular paging base stations, broadcast equipment and home meter readers.
