Half brick power module targets PoE applications

The EMH-54/3-Q48N-C provides a 54V SELV output, 2250VDC isolation and a basic insulation system which meets the requirements for multiport IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) applications. It can deliver over 30W power at 54V to each of the four PoE+ Ethernet ports or deliver up to 162W to loads requiring 54V. The device is optimised for applications which require a wide operating voltage range such as battery powered systems and wireless base station applications. It can also be configured for forced air cooling or 'sealed box' applications. Delivering 54V at 3A over an input voltage range of 18 to 72V, the device achieves efficiencies up to 91.5%. The module is available half brick package measuring 58.4 x 61 x 12.7mm.
