IAR becomes first independent tool vendor to support ARM Cortex-A5 core
IAR Systems has announced support for the ARM Cortex-A5 core within IAR Embedded Workbench – the first independent tool vendor to support the technology.
The processor is suitable for applications ranging from low cost handsets, feature phones and smart mobile devices, to embedded, consumer and industrial devices.

IAR Embedded Workbench is one of the most widely used tool chains for ARM and provides support for wide range of ARM devices.
