Infineon cfo leaves after 'differences in opinion'
Infineon Technologies' chief financial officer, Dr Marco Schröter (pictured) has left the management board following 'differences in opinion' over future company policy.
Peter Bauer, former spokesperson of Infineon Technologies' management board, has been appointed chairman of the board with immediate effect. Bauer will transitionally take over Schröter's role until a successor has been appointed.
Last month Infineon announced its supervisory board was considering reshuffling the responsibilities of its executives and strengthening Bauer's position.
