LeCroy expands WavePro range

LeCroy has added the 700Zi series to its WavePro range of oscilloscopes. The family is said to integrate performance, speed and an optimised user interface, enhancing the design, debug and validation process.
With a sample rate of 20Gsample/s on all four channels (40Gsample/s interleaved), the device features a record length of 10Mpt per channel, with options of up to 128Mpt per channel. Both 1Mohm and 50ohm inputs can be accepted over the range from 1.5GHz to 6GHz and there is a selection of probes, options and accessories.
The 700Zi series also includes serial data analysers and disk drive analysers based on the WavePro oscilloscope. These offer such features as: insight into traditional eye diagrams, enabling the user to plot lines of constant bit error rate directly on the acquired eye pattern; and Cable De-Embedding, allowing the effects of the connecting cable to be removed.
WavePro 700Zi Series oscilloscopes are available in 1.5GHz, 2.5GHz, 3.5GHz, 4GHz, and 6GHz bandwidths. SDA 700Zi Series serial data analyzers are available in 2.5GHz, 3.5GHz, 4GHz, and 6GHz bandwidths, whilst DDA 700Zi Series disk drive analysers are available in 3.5GHz and 6GHz bandwidths.
