Low profile 600W power supply
Gresham Power Electronics has introduced the eFO600 range of 600W low profile, high power density power supplies. Supplied in a 1U chassis the eFO600, which measures 98 x 173 x 38 mm, can accept an input in the range from 85 to 264V ac.
Its output provides for active load current share and there is an onboard ORing diode for N+1 parallel operation.
The primary output voltage features remote sense and may be specified as 12, 24, 28, 32, 48 or 56V. An optional second output is available at 3.3, 5, 12 or 24V, to a maximum of 5A or 50W maximum. The company says a 5V standby output can also be specified.
With a typical full load efficiency of 89% at 230V ac, all models have over temperature protection and system signals and commands. Operating in temperatures ranging from -40 to 50°C, the supply has linear derating to 50% output power at 70°C.
