Most energy efficient led light yet available in black!
Three graduates from the University of Toronto have developed an led based lightbulb that generates an output equivalent to that of a 100W bulb, but which consumes just 12W.

Called NanoLight, the bulb is said to be the most energy efficient device of its type yet developed. Its styling, evocative of a traditional light bulb, reflects the construction of the device from folded pcbs.
A 10W variant, equivalent to a 75W incandescent, is also available and both the 10 and 12W devices will be supplied in black or white versions.
