Mouser inks distribution deal with Altera
Mouser Electronics has signed a global distribution deal with programmable logic specialist Altera.
Under the terms of the agreement, Mouser will distribute the company's full range of fpgas, cplds, development tools, intellectual property cores and development kits.
"We couldn't be more pleased to announce our relationship with Altera," said Russell Rasor, vp of advanced technology for Mouser. "Programmable logic is rapidly expanding into a wide variety of applications, and Altera is at the forefront of designing and developing the leading edge programmable solutions that are at the heart of many of today's embedded systems."
George Papa, vp of worldwide channel sales for Altera, said the deal would allow the company to expand its reach globally. "We look forward to a mutually successful partnership," she concluded.
