Season Group has completed the acquisition of Havant based EMS company Outsource Electronics. The two companies have been working together on a number of products over the last 18 months.
Season now has facilities in North America, Asia and Europe. Steve Wilks, business development director for Europe, commented: "We have customers in the UK who want to verify their designs locally before manufacturing offshore. And we can 'right shore' – it might be China or Malaysia, or it might be the UK or the US – it gives the customer the opportunity to be where they want to be."
Last year, the company bought embedded systems specialist DSP Design.
