The snap-in mating is claimed to provide users with a convenient and safe connect and disconnect action. Colour coded versions in blue, green and red are available, as are versions pre-moulded on PVC cable.
Binder 620 and 720 connectors are suitable for industrial and instrumentation applications and a new RAL 9002 colour option also makes them suitable for medical equipment and industrial devices that require light coloured connectors.
According to the company, the 620 and 720 connectors are manufactured from a robust polyamide 66 material that offers dimensional stability and rigidity, as well as high levels of resistance to acetate and alcohol-based disinfectants.
