SMART-TERMINAL is designed for peripheral and interface equipment, communications, safety engineering, biometrics, medical and laboratory technology, healthcare, measurement and control engineering.
The new case canting kit inclines SMART-TERMINAL by 12° to create an ergonomic reading and operating angle. No extra screws are needed to fit the kit, the lava grey canting mouldings are held in place by the side covers. Four non-slip rubber feet are also included.
SMART-TERMINAL’s aluminium case body has a large recessed area on top for displays, membrane keypads and operating elements. PCBs slide in to guide rails in the case body or can be fitted to the base.
The cases are available with flat anodised end panels or moulded covers in UV stable lava grey ASA+PC-FR with deep recesses to protect cables and connectors. These covers sit inside soft-touch TPV grey or green seals. All the case parts are assembled with security Torx screws.
SMART-TERMINAL is available in one width (170 mm) and height (50 mm) and three standard lengths: 202, 242 and 282 mm. Bespoke lengths and other customisations are available on request.
Accessories include the new case canting kit, a wall suspension element for secure flush-mounting and hardware kits.
