Additionally, the AP7344 has a 75dB power supply rejection ratio at 1kHz, an output noise of 60µVrms and a 50µA quiescent current; parameters said to be significant to getting performance from audio and video applications or communications devices with RF sub-systems, such as wireless adaptors. Its output voltage, which can be fixed between 1.2V and 3.6V, is maintained to 1% at an operating temperature of 25°C and is capable of driving 300mA loads.
Compact, accurate LDO regulator
Diodes Incorporated has introduced the AP7344 low dropout regulator, which delivers dual 300mA outputs with high 1% voltage accuracy from a 1.7 to 5.25V input voltage range. With a small footprint X2-DFN1612-8 package, this regulator is suited for dense PCB layouts found in compact, battery-powered, consumer products such as smart phones, tablets and cameras.
