Aimed at applications requiring a high performance DC/DC converter, the ITA, ITB and ITV series feature industry standard pinouts and offer increased efficiency, higher isolation and a wider operating temperature range than previous products.
Measuring 19.5 x 6 x 10mm the converters offer power density of 14W/in3. They also take up less PCB space, providing designers with more room to add extra features or to reduce the size of the end product.
The natural convection cooled converters have an operating temperature range of -40 to 105°C, providing full output power to 95°C.
Input voltages of 5, 12, and 24V DC are available in each series and a ±10% input range capability covers nominal applications.
The ITB series has single outputs of 5V, 12V and 15V.ITA has ±5V, ±12V and ±15V dual outputs, while ITV comprises single and dual output devices.The converters meet Class B EMI standards with the addition of a small two component input filter.
Their small size is likely to see converters applied in mobile, portable and wireless products or when isolation or DC/DC voltage conversion is needed in any product.
