Digital power modules speed time to market

Aimed at 25/33A applications, the devices are based on the company's proprietary ChargeMode Control modulation technology. The built-in, compensation free architecture is optimised to enable fast transient response and reduced output capacitance, minimising the output voltage variation. The power modules also offer advantages over analogue counterparts by providing real time system intelligence and configuration capabilities. Specifically, they provide vital information about the power supply, such as how much power is consumed at any given time, and can be optimised accordingly. Because they don't require additional heat sinks or internal fans, the devices are suited to low headroom applications where board space is at a premium. They are available in a 17 x 19 x 3.5mm HDA package.
