Designed to “revolutionise” wearable connectivity, the Freedom Series is suitable for portable and body-worn applications within the defense, security, medical, industrial and civil engineering markets.
The product features no key code, allowing for 360degrees mating “freedom”, ball-locking mechanism with sealing and variable pre-defined force, and the specially designed pins on the plug are IP68 sealed with a membrane.
Signal and power is offered through 7 contacts, up to 24AWG compatible with up to 3x 5A power and 4x 1A signalwith USB 2.0 and Ethernet data protocols.
The LP360also includes panel mounting with O-ring sealing, or integration as a wearable solution, and cabling with or without potting – bend relief or overmolding – panel plug version for direct integration into the housing of an application
The stainless steel and brass design allows for longevity (min. 10,000 mating cycles) and is resistant to shock, vibration, torque and extreme temperatures – tested in line with MIL and IEC standards.
