Offering ultra-low power consumption and high shock resistance characteristics, the new CXOLHT surface mount devices are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C.
Housed in 3.2 x 1.5mm, hermetically sealed, non-magnetic ceramic packages, CXOLHT oscillators are available in frequencies from 16kHz up to 50MHz with typical supply current requirements from <20µA at 30.768kHz frequency output. Supply voltage requirements are 2.5 to 3.3V ±10% with CMOS output load of 15pF. Additional specifications include duty cycle of 45% minimum 55% maximum, ageing in first year of ±5ppm at 25°C and fast start up time of 4 to 8ms depending on frequency.
Two enable/disable options are available offering a tri-state output with oscillation disabled internally when output is put into high Z state.
The CXOLHT oscillators feature frequency stability over temperature range characteristics of ±150 to ±125ppm (25 to 150°C), ±175 to ±150ppm (25 to 175°C) and ±200 to ±175ppm (25 to 200°C) and are capable of withstanding process temperatures up to 260°C for up to 20 seconds. Packaging options are tray pack or tape and reel per EIA 481.
