Expanded range of DOSA half bricks

TDK-Lambda has added new devices to its iHG series of half brick DC-DC converters.
Offering an input range (36-75V) with nominal outputs from 2.5V/80A (200W), 3.3V/30A (99W), 3.3V/70A (231W), 5V/10A (50W) and 5V/60A (300W), the devices offer thermal performance, using the industry standard DOSA half brick footprint.
The iHG Series is suitable for engineers designing low air flow, high temperature, 48V power architectures, for telecom, wireless and industrial applications.
The open frame, single board construction has been designed to allow a high level of useable power in convection cooled environments with low levels of airflow. The control circuitry brings a reduction in the component count, reducing its overall weight.
The fully regulated output voltage is trimmable over a range of -50 to 100% and provides monotonic start up. Additional features include fixed frequency operation, 1500Vdc input to output isolation, remote sense and remote on/off, latching over voltage and non latching input under voltage, overload and over temperature protection circuitry. Options include a baseplate and latching protection circuitry.
