Both series are available in SMT configurations. The BH series is available with 2 to 18 contacts, whilst the BK series offers 2 to 15 contacts, along with an additional elevated pin header connector option. Both connectors are said to be capable of handling up to 7.9A per pin, due to their construction and pin spacing.
Said to be suitable for applications where there is a requirement to take power from the supply and move between boards, the BH and BK series offer the option to move to a SMT solution and take advantage of PCB production efficiencies.
