Low voltage models added to power supply series

TDK has added 12 and 15V models to its ZWS300BAF series of single output power supplies.
Operating from a universal input of 85 to 265Vac, the devices come with active power factor correction (PFC) included and feature a 10 year E-cap lifetime for superior reliability in the field.
Typical applications include those found in industrial equipment and front-end equipment for broadcast and communications, as well as test and measurement.
In addition to the new 12 and 15V models, the ZWS300BAF power supplied are available with output voltages of 24, 36 and 48V, each adjustable by up to ±10% of its nominal voltage to accommodate non-standard system voltages.
Standard features include over current and over voltage protection circuitry and an optional remote on/off is also available.
Achieving up to 91% efficiency (24V), the modules offer an operating temperature range of -10 to 70°C, allowing 100% load operation in a 45°C environment (convection-cooled) and 60°C with 0.7m/s airflow.
