Non-isolated dc/dc converter offers dual output
Murata has introduced a dual output, non-isolated dc/dc converter for electric scooter applications.
The high efficiency, 200W MPD7K046 accepts an input voltage in the range of 36 to 60VDC around a nominal 48VDC.
The primary output provides 12VDC at a continuous rating of 10A, and up to 18A peak current.
The secondary output delivers a 5VDC/1A supply that suits logic rails and as a USB supply. Energy efficiency is typically 95%.
