Octal logic devices suit data bus applications
Diodes has expanded its low voltage CMOS logic family to include thirteen new octal devices, including buffer/line drivers, transceivers, latches and flip-flops.
Provided in QFN and TSSOP 20pin packages, the 8 channel logic parts are suitable for data bus applications in a range of consumer electronics and data communication products.
Supporting a power supply range of 1.65 to 3.6V, they are offered as drop-in replacements for existing industry standard parts and support both legacy and cutting edge, mini cell-backed product designs.
With inputs tolerant of voltages up to a maximum of 5.5V, the octal logic devices operate comfortably in mixed voltage environments.
They offer system designers the flexibility of power down isolation via integral IOFF circuitry, which disables the output in power down mode to protect against harmful current backflow.
