OCXOs offer phase noise performance down to -172dBc/Hz
IQD's new IQOV-200 series of ocxos has been designed from the ground up to achieve a phase noise performance of -172dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset and -160dBc/Hz at 1kHz offset.
Available at any frequency between 80 to 130MHz, the new models are housed in an industry standard 36 x 27mm IEC C008 Euro package, although other options are available.
The oscillators operate from a 12V power supply and consume just 1W of power at steady state. Drive capability is rated at 6dBm into 50Ohms and the devices operate over a temperature range between -20 to 60°C.
