Rail to rail op amps are first to operate from 0.8 to 5.5V
Touchstone Semiconductor has introduced two new rail to rail single op amps.
The TS1003 and TS1005 are said to be the industry's first sub-1µA op amps to operate over a supply voltage range from 0.8 to 5.5V.
The devices are designed for ultra long life battery powered applications, including micropower active filters, wireless remote sensors, battery and powerline current sensors, portable gas monitors and handheld/portable point of sale terminals.
