The laser diodes are available with output powers of either 200mW or 300mW from a single emitter chip and exhibit typical linewidths of 0.5nm. Single mode chips are also available at wavelengths from 785nm to 1064nm.
According to the company, the chips are some of the most reliable in the industry with unmeasurable degradation – suitable for long-term OEM components in larger subsystems.
Packaging options include a 9mm TO can or C2 2.1mm chip on sub-mount package. Other packaging options are available upon request.
