The TB9101FNG and TB9102FNG are fabricated using a fine pitch BiCD process, and realise a low on-resistance of 0.6 and 0.5O respectively.
The devices are available in a small sized SSOP24 package and integrate multiple abnormality detection circuits to help improve the functional safety of automotive systems.
These include overcurrent detection, overtemperature detection, overvoltage detection and undervoltage detection.
The TB9101FNG can drive two motors, while the TB9102FNG can drive up to six motors. Mass production is scheduled to start in February 2014.
