Voltage reference delivers high stability at low power
The ZXRE330 3.3V shunt voltage reference from Diodes has been introduced to help achieve improvements in both stability and power consumption.
Pin compatible with industry standard parts, the device is offered in surface-mount SOT23 and through-hole TO92 package options.
With a typical temperature coefficient as low as 20ppm/ºC, the ZXRE330 provides stable performance across an industrial operating temperature range of -40 to 85ºC. Output voltage tolerance is ±2% at 25ºC for the ZXRE330E and ±0.5% at 25ºC for the ZXRE330A.
The ZXRE330's low power performance is a result of its low knee current (1µA typical), with strong performance maintained over the device's full operating current range of 2µA to 5mA.
The ZXRE330 reference has also been designed to be highly tolerant of capacitive loads and requires no output capacitor. In addition, its low output noise performance of 55µVRMS ensures a clean output from 10 to 10kHz.
