Klauke UK Ltd offers an assembly and processing service from both Slovakian and UK manufacturing facilities with production ranging from complex wiring harnesses to single wires to a variety of assembly work. We have the ability to process wires using the latest automatic cut strip and terminate machines with each machine having its own integral crimp force monitoring, with the support of McMesin crimp tension testers. All the assemblies that we manufacture can be supplied following a 100% continuity test if this is required. Along with our welding and over moulding facilities Klauke UK Ltd can offer a complete manufacturing service including complete product build to customer specification. We also offer a harness design improvement service, which potentially provides the rationalisation of products required therefore reducing costs by increased efficiently. With our own production tool manufacture facility we are able to offer high quality stamping tools at competitive pricing these are built to the requirements of a wide range of customers including the automotive and domestic appliances sectors. The design and production of our own progression and modular stamping tools is carried out using the vast knowledge and expertise of our tool making specialists. We use a combination of Western European tool making know how with a skilled Eastern Europe workforce. Precision components are manufactured in ferrous and non-ferrous materials on multi-stage progression tooling on presses ranging from 25 – 250 tons. Our Facilities are suited for large or small volume production runs and this is in a total quality environment.
