Littelfuse® Transient Voltage Suppressors, at Digi-Key
Littelfuse TVS diodes are used to protect semiconductor components from high-voltage transients. The p-n junctions of these devices have larger cross-sectional areas, allowing them to conduct large currents without sustaining damage. Littelfuse supplies TVS diodes with peak power ratings from 400 W to 15 kW.
TVS diodes are RoHS compliant and are matte tin, Pb-free plated. Surface-mount power ratings range from 400 cW to 5,000 W, and axial lead power ratings range from 400 W to 30,000 W (30 kW) with high current protection available for 6 kA and 10 kA.
