Skyworks Solutions offers a select group of ultra-low noise, high linearity, and versatile RF amplifiers which are in stock and ready for immediate design into your demanding receiver applications. The SKY67101, SKY67100, and SKY67102 are part of a new LNA family which cover a frequency ranges from 400–2800 MHz.
The cascode architecture of these pHEMT LNA devices enables high linearity, high gain (17.5 dB) and super low noise figure (<0.70 dB). The higher linearity, SKY67001-396LFand SKY67002-396LF devices cover a frequency range of 700–2100 MHz with OIP3 >40 dBm.
