New tvs for old
With most tv manufacturers striving to create ever larger devices which are increasingly thin, it's refreshing to see a company take a step backward – even if it's for marketing purposes.

LG Electronics has released the Classic TV, a device with a design said to evoke the feel of the 1970s and 1980s. The model's retro design features a rotary channel dial and a wood frame to create what's claimed to be the simplicity of the North European look.
In fact, Classic TV is a 32in led tv supporting full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The market for the device is expected to be the middle aged and those young people who remember Gumsung TV, a TV brand previously used by LG.
What goes around, comes around, apparently.
