OFDM is becoming more frequently used in some wireless lan and wan applications, this course comes at a critical juncture in the development of wireless technology. Expansion into voice telephony is already being investigated; with the problem of efficient integration of devices such as cordless telephones with OFDM wireless lans being explored.
