15 new mosfets added to range
Diodes Incorporated has extended its mosfet range with the introduction of 15 devices tailored for applications such as lcd tv and monitor backlighting.
According to Diodes, the mosfets are said to deliver the power handling and switching required by CCFL drive architectures.
The 30V rated, SO8 packaged dual n-channel DMN3024LSD has been designed for push-pull inverters and to offer space saving benefits. In full and half bridge topologies needing complementary pairs, Diodes says that the DMC3028LSD can provide an integrated high performance n- and p-channel mosfet combination.
For backlighting applications with multiple lamps, the extended TO252 mosfet range is said to meet the higher power handling requirements with optimised on resistance and gate charge performance. Nine new n-channel and three new p-channel parts cover the drain source voltage range from 20 through to 60V.
