Agilent launches boundary scan analyser for electronic test
Agilent Technologies has introduced a new boundary scan analyser with built in self test.

The x1149 board test tool is designed to help users through board design and validation, as well as in manufacturing.
It includes cover-extend technology and silicon nails capability, as well as a STAPL player for cpld/fpga tests.
Boon Khim Tan, general manager of Agilent's measurement systems division, said: "The x1149 boundary scan analyser is Agilent's response to the industry's call for more built in self test, or BIST.
"It is a versatile instrument that can be used throughout the product development cycle, from design and validation to high volume production - all with the same test transportability, reliability and stability that are the hallmarks of our solutions."
