The deadline for initial submissions for engineering papers, tutorials and panels is April 22nd, with a submission date of July 1st for full engineering papers and full research papers.
The DVCon Europe exhibition, showcasing EDA and IP solutions and services, continues to expand and the contract deadline for exhibitors is September 13th.
Mark Burton has been appointed as the new General Chair of the Steering Committee. Previously Burton served as Engineering Technical Program Chair, and also steered the conference through two virtual reality events as VR Chair.
“In 2023 we launched our new research track, and this was a great success, further expanding our design and verification community,” said Burton. “Following feedback from attendees we are now looking to extend more into system level modelling and hardware/software co-design.”
This year the Research Technical Program Committee (RTPC) will be chaired by Christoph Grimm of the University of Kaiserslautern-Landau, and he heads a strong RTPC team from across a wide range of European universities.
The full DVCon Europe 2024 Steering Committee is composed of technical experts from NXP, Intel, Bosch, ARM, Infineon and Qualcomm, as well as from academia, ensuring that DVCon Europe continues to be made by users for users.
The main theme of the show is design and verification, covering the methodologies and technologies of tools, languages and standards for integrated and embedded systems and products. Those making submissions are encouraged to highlight industry themes and trends such as Digital Twin, cloud computing and services, Internet-of-Things, functional safety and security, ML/AI, ADAS and digitalisation.
The Design and Verification Conference & Exhibition in Europe (DVCon Europe) is sponsored by the Accellera Systems Initiative and is one of several DVCon events being held around the globe.
DVCon Europe brings chip architects, design & verification engineers, and IP integrators the latest methodologies, techniques, applications and demonstrations for the practical use of EDA solutions for electronic design.
