Intel unveils third generation SSD
Intel has announced the availability of its third generation solid state drive (SSD) the Intel Solid State Drive 320 Series. Based on 25nm NAND flash memory, the Intel SSD 320 replaces its X25-M SATA SSD.
According to Intel, it features improved performance and uniquely architected reliability features. The SSD 320 offers new higher capacity models, at up to 30% cheaper than its current generation.
