The Fingerprints BM-Lite module is a complete biometric fingerprint solution that contains the hardware, software, and algorithm necessary for use right out of the box.
Combining high-quality components with biometric performance, the IPX7-rated BM-Lite module offers a comprehensive embedded solution for both increased security and enhanced ease of use. The modules measures 15mm × 15mm × 2.8mm and uses simple serial commands to enroll and verify. The device’s embedded standalone fingerprint verification system offers low power consumption for use in battery-powered applications.
The BM-Lite development kit features all the hardware necessary to develop security and access control solutions, including locks, safes, USB tokens, and POS terminals. The BM-Lite development kit includes a BM-Lite module and adapter flex cable, FPC5832 and FPC5924 adapter board.
